Take Flight / Eunoia

Fresh off of appearances on Shogun Audio and our own Full Fat 01, Athena returns to demonstrate her versatility with two choice slices of delectable breakbeat soul.

‘Take Flight’ has lots of the qualities we love in a track; snappy breaks, lots of filtering,  soulful vocal snips, lovely warm bass, lots of space and lastly its a bit...well...sad.  There’s something quite soothing in this pensive space though. Music to cleanse the mind in these troubled times!

‘Eunoia’ continues exploring the same techniques to wonderful effect. This time though it feels much more joyous. I don’t know what flavour you call this but give us a double helping!
